STRATEGIES OF PLAYFUL PEDAGOGY TO BUSINESS

We want to impact in all the spaces of life of Colombians with the “Laughter Therapy”. Which has led us to devise ludic and pedagogical strategies to assertively transform social, work and individual contexts. For this, we focus on the specific needs of each company giving way to the development of actions that contribute to providing business-like solutions, contributing to the effectiveness of work and therefore the achievement of their objectives.

This is possible through playful and pedagogical strategies such as magic, music, artistic improvisation, games, innovation and creativity, which are integrated through workshops, trainings and various interactive meetings. We use assertively tools such as Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), ideal for training skills that overcome obstacles and obtain results in a systemic, organized and assertive way; supported by laughter as a catalyst and, in the clown technique as an artistic and pedagogical tool that enhances authenticity, truthfulness, improvisation, internalization, capacity for wonder and enjoyment in such a way that productive leadership and work synergy among collaborators is encouraged. , with the purpose of improving the value chain, potentiating human resources and increasing the results in companies.

THEATER SKETCH

MARIACHICLOWN

It is a musical and interactive show of the ranchero genre that offers participants a show whose repertoire of songs is carefully prepared and presented by the artists who in turn personify the mariachis. Thus, musical compositions are parodies created and designed specifically for the occasion and their purpose is to stimulate the senses and the task in life.

The awareness of the collaborators in a playful way and that generates remembrance is very valuable, because it transpires not only in the organization, but in the families. We fulfilled the purpose because what we were looking for was to cover the entire population of the organization at an administrative level and operations.
